A great photo ( or exposure as us pros call it

) has inspired yet another contest, the 2013 Summer Photo Contest brought to you by Shimano Canada.

The same rules as well use in the winter will be used again and as usual we will probably make some up as we go.

1) Each contestant can enter up to three photos and must be taken by the person entering the image.
2) The photo must be fishing related in Ontario. If there is a tie the photo from Lake Simcoe/ Couchiching will break the tie.
3) Voters can change there vote as often as they would like and will be allowed to vote for two different pictures
4) Photos must be uploaded to the Photo Album
5) The contest will begin June 1st and end Sept. 30, 2013
6) Any picture we feel inappropriate will be disqualified

The winner will receive a new Shimano Stratic Reel

No you can't use the picture of the reel

Let the images roll and remember this is just for fun!

Hey redfish can the photos be played with on photobucket and such or is that not allowed? Also I am a little concerned on the first rule ? If I have a pic of a fish held by me but the photo was taken by someone else I may not post it?? Thanks!!

The first rule will change to reflect your concern. If you enter a picture you must be take the picture or be the subject of the picture.

Yes you can use Photobucket but we will require an original copy if requested.

Captured this shot on a small lake near Barry's Bay. The fish jumped out of the water to intercept this dragonfly. Must of jumped at least 6 - 8 times, lots of photos taken
