Spring - Summer Photo Contest.
« on: June 03, 2012, 08:23:49 am »
It's time for another photo contest! I'm just collecting prizes so by the time Sept 1st rolls around I should have some good ones.

As with the winter contest the members will vote the best picture winner. It was a close one last winter with Miha winning by one vote. Here's the rules and like all of our contests they can change to either make it more fun or fare depending on the mood of the day.

Here's the Rules

1) The contest starts today and will end on September 1st, 2012. Photo's should be uploaded to the photo album.

2) The territory can be anywhere is Ontario and the photo must be one the member took, not from a friend or family. The person must be a member before posting the photo.

3) Each member can enter 3 photos. If you want to change a photo you can do so at any time but you will forfeit the votes for the photo you take down.

4) Any photo we deem unfit for family viewing will be removed.

5) You can change your vote at any time.

6) The member name and the title of the photo should be in the subject area.

7) Photo editing is allow but only to enhance the existing photo. You can not add other elements to the photo.

I'm sure we will be adding rules as we remember them but if anyone has an suggestions please post them as soon as possible.

May the best photo win.

John,

I'm not sure why. But I see two possible votes with no pictures?

How can i post my pictures? I'm note sure where to link it to the vote/poll

Sorry, a small detail I left out. Just reply to this thread. Upload the picture in the photo album into Photo Contest 2012 and paste it in your post.

To put it in your post, once it is loaded in the photo album, enlarge the photo by clicking on it, them right click on the photo and choose Copy Image URL

Then start your post by replying on this thread, paste the image URL, highlight the URL, then click on the image icon above the smiley faces above.

or, just send it to me. Start a post and leave it with just the title and I'll do the rest.
