7.5 merc outboard stator

Looking for a stator for a 1970's 7.5hp merc. Any ideas on where to get one that won't break my son's piggy bank?

#1, there's model number that help identifying parts and the actual year of the motor.  Then there's different part numbers for stators.  So ya look in GOOGLE and find this, and that's all I'm going to do, you do the rest.   https://www.ebay.ca/sch/Parts-Accessories/6028/i.html?_vxp=mtr&_nkw=mercury+7.5hp+stator&_fosrp=1
