Nothing like a paddle craft on calm water.  A 55lb thrust would probably be overkill, not to mention a bit heavy, however, you sure would haul ass with one.  Is that a rigger arm on the left side?  Enjoy the new ride.

Yes a 55 would be way to heavy, thats why I sold one so far and have a nother for sale now .
The rigger is for my go pro. It did not work out like on the toon attaching to where the oars were. An electric motor would allow me to store the oars in the toon when not needed .I have the same for my finder. I am going to corporate everything on a milk crate. Will use that for mounting the riggers on , the weight of the battery will keep the crate in place.
Funny how this covid has effected buying things. Not a single 30lb minn kota to be found.
