Jan.9 Cooks Bay Perch Fishn (Report and Video)
« on: January 11, 2020, 02:42:05 pm »
Walked out as far as I felt comfortable.  Could not get out as far as I would have liked, but was still able to set up over some active fish.  Spent three hours playing keep away with dinks.  Got some nice fish...all of which swam away to freedom.

Check out my footage and feel free to comment or ask questions.  Thanks!

Nice Brad. Good tune as well. At one point that one perch looked like a whitie under the ice. LOL
How do you have your push bar hooked up on your smitty ?

Thanks guys!

Hey Brian I think you’ll like my next video then.  Herring make more than a cameo... steal the show and almost my bait. Lol.  Hope to have it posted tonight.  Push bar on smitty is hinged with thru bolts.  I secure front of clam with a carabiner.  Then push bar rotates upwards and pushes against clam.  Beats pulling all that heavy gear.  I could make you one, but you’d put me under the table with your fabrication skills...  ;)

Can’t wait to get out Fishn in the morning!

Thanks Brad
I think I have a clear pic of this. As for fabrication skills, if it works for ya, it,s all good. Learn from one another. Herring you say ? I am waiting.  ;D
